Since its foundation in the year 1892, the family company HOLZINGER has been producing the finest fresh fish and smoked fish specialities. The essential raw material has always been live fish. Our carefully selected suppliers provide us every day with top quality live fish and recently also with live biofish from Austria and other European countries. 

Thanks to the almost 100 % manual production process - from slaughtering through to packaging - we can guarantee the highest quality standards, along with gentle processing and the maximum quality control.  

Our fish, directly from our ponds, is processed in absolutely fresh condition. In combination with our 24-hour-logistic-system, it brings daily to all our customers the decisive advance in absolute freshness and top quality. And that`s the point when dealing with first class fresh fish!
